Cardio is cardiovascular exercise. Cardiovascular are diseases are a group of disorders of the heart and bloods vessels. Could lead to a big bad problem. About 20 to 30 minutes people need to exercise or to be active to work out your heart. Its important to work out your heart because with working out you can have a problem now or in the future. Also to prevent diseases.
Example is like soccer to have your heart active it will be running up and down . Also biking, skipping ropes, cross country skiing ,etc.. When you are going to bike ride you are going to work out your legs when you are going to peddle. Step aerobics also works on your legs you you are going to step on the block,step. With swimming you are working on your arms when you are swimming also your legs to paddle to not drown. I can help by walking to school or just go outside for 20 minutes play. Also I could eat more fruits, vegetables . On my vacations i might be on my bed watching t most of the time. But i will have at least have 20 minutes of my day just to be outside playing with my brother. |
